PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Natural raw materials like pebbles and stone

Raw Material Collection

1

Sourcing natural inorganic materials like soil, stone powder, active minerals, and volcanic ash.

Pile of fine inorganic powder

Material Processing

2

The raw materials are color-sorted, pulverized, and processed into a microscopic, inorganic powder.

Explosion of modified powder

Composite Modification

3

Using core patented technology, the surface of each particle is modified with specific active agents, creating a new, eco-friendly "active soil."

Automated factory production line

Automated Shaping

4

The modified material enters a proprietary, fully automated production line to be shaped.

Flexible MCM sheets in different colors

Performance Tuning

5

The flexibility and hardness of the final product are precisely controlled through curated temperature curves and modifying agents.

Finished MCM tiles on a wall display

Final Forming

6

The material is formed into its final state, such as flexible sheets, rolls, tiles, or custom profiles.

Plowed field representing reverting to soil

Reverting to Soil

7

At the end of its life, the material can be pulverized and returned to the earth as arable soil, embracing a truly sustainable, low-carbon, circular lifecycle.

EN 13501-1:2018

A2 Fire Classification

Class A2-s1,d0 · BST Testing · 2026

A high-performance fire classification under European fire regulations, tested in accordance with EN 13501-1:2018. Our panels produce minimal smoke (s1) and zero flaming droplets (d0).

Suitable for external cladding on buildings over 18 metres and for high-occupancy interiors including hotels, hospitals, schools, and cultural venues.

RoHS 2.0 · EU 2011/65

RoHS 2.0 Compliance

Certificate of Compliance · BST Testing · 2023

Tested under EU Directive 2011/65 (RoHS 2.0). All restricted substances were below the method detection limit across both panel samples tested.

ISO 105-B02

UV Ageing Resistance

2000 Hours Accelerated Exposure

Tested under accelerated UV exposure conditions per ISO 105-B02. Colour is integral to the panel material and does not rely on surface coatings or treatments.

Manufacturer-reported data. Independent certification available on request.

ASTM B117

Salt Spray Resistance

Coastal & Marine Environment Tested

Panels are tested for resistance to salt-laden air and moisture typical of coastal and marine environments, per ASTM B117. Applicable to exterior installations in humid and coastal climates.

Manufacturer-reported data. Independent certification available on request.
