Roll the panel with the front side facing up. Min radius 200mm.

Use ropes or straps to bundle and secure the rolled panel.

Cut to size using electric cutter.

Ensure min 90% adhesive coverage.

Use rubber float; avoid hand pressing.

Nail top edge with pneumatic gun.

Fill nail holes with joint filler.

Shape gaps with blade for effect.

Clean surface with a dry sponge.

Step 1: Mix filler to match panel color.

Step 2: Apply masking tape along gaps.

Step 3: Fill joints evenly with filler.

Step 4: Shape with grouting strip.

Step 5: Remove tape when semi-dry.

Step 6: Wipe clean with sponge.

Step 1: Miter edges to precise 45°.

Step 2: Apply adhesive to corner substrate.

Step 3: Naturally fill the 45° joint.

Install protectors at high-impact edges.

Cover entire panel with protective film.

Protect against dust and subsequent work.
Surface Contamination: Paint stains are difficult to clean. Apply protection immediately after installation.
MCM panels with deep textures (e.g., Travertine, Sandstone) must be kept clean during installation. Avoid contamination from adhesives, cement, or paint. Installers should wear clean gloves or ensure hands remain spotless.
Note: Installation should proceed from top to bottom.
CRITICAL: Use low-alkalinity or non-alkaline materials to prevent efflorescence (alkali-return).
Tip: Clean dust before grouting. Use 35mm masking tape on both sides of the joint to prevent surface staining.
