Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed through our website or directly with our sales team. Please read it carefully before confirming your order.


1. Trade Terms (Incoterms)

All orders are shipped under FOB (Free On Board) — origin port, China as our standard trade term.

  • We are responsible for the goods up to and including loading onto the vessel at the agreed port of shipment, including Chinese export customs clearance.
  • From the moment goods are on board, risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer.
  • The buyer is responsible for ocean freight, marine insurance, destination customs clearance, import duties, and local delivery.
Alternative trade terms (EXW, CIF) are available upon request and must be agreed upon and specified in your order confirmation before production or dispatch.

2. Shipping Methods

We select the most appropriate shipping method based on order size and destination:

Transit times are estimates only and may vary due to port congestion, customs delays, or carrier schedules beyond our control.


3. Sample Policy

We offer samples to help you evaluate our products before placing a bulk order.

  • Up to 6 samples: Provided free of charge.
  • More than 6 samples: Charged at cost price.

Shipping costs for samples are borne by the buyer. We will provide a freight quote for your confirmation, or you may nominate your own courier account.


4. Freight Costs

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are not included in product pricing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We offer two options:

  • We arrange freight on your behalf: We obtain competitive quotes from our logistics partners and include the freight cost in your overall quotation for your confirmation before dispatch. No markup is applied.
  • You nominate your own freight forwarder: Simply provide us with your forwarder's contact details and we will coordinate directly with them for pickup and documentation.

5. Lead Times

In-stock items

Orders for standard in-stock products are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days of order confirmation and payment.

Custom / made-to-order items

Custom orders require a production lead time of approximately 2–4 weeks depending on order volume, complexity, and current production schedule. A confirmed lead time will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

Lead times begin from the date of order confirmation and receipt of deposit payment. Delays in payment or approval of samples may extend the lead time accordingly.

6. Export Documentation

We handle all Chinese export customs clearance and provide a full set of standard shipping documents, including:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading (or Airway Bill)
  • Certificate of Origin (upon request)
  • Any additional documents required for destination customs clearance, upon request

Import customs clearance, import duties, VAT, and any destination-country taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with the relevant tracking number or Bill of Lading reference. For sea freight shipments, we recommend using your freight forwarder's tracking system for real-time updates.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Under FOB terms, risk passes to the buyer once goods are loaded at the port of origin. We strongly recommend arranging marine cargo insurance for all sea freight shipments.

In the event of damage or loss in transit:

  • Please document all damage upon receipt (photographs of packaging and goods) and notify your freight forwarder and insurer immediately.
  • We will provide all necessary documentation — including pre-shipment photos, packing records, and export documents — to support your claim.
